Finding Us

While all our sessions are conducted remotely, our office is located in Highbury, North London, should you need to visit for administrative purposes.

By Underground

The nearest tube station is Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line and London Overground). From the station, it's approximately a twelve-minute walk. Exit onto Highbury Corner, head north on Holloway Road, then turn right onto Highbury Grove.

By Bus

Multiple bus routes serve the area including the 4, 19, 43, 106, 153, 236, 263, and 271. The nearest stops are on Holloway Road or Highbury Corner, both within walking distance of our office.

By Car

Limited street parking is available on Highbury Grove and surrounding streets, most of which are controlled parking zones. Check restrictions carefully. The office is within the London Congestion Charge zone.

Accessibility

Our office building has step-free access at street level. However, since we conduct all sessions remotely, physical accessibility to the office is not typically relevant for clients.

The initial session allows us to understand your needs and determine if we're a good fit for working together.

Just provide a brief overview of what brings you to seek support, which service you're interested in, and your general availability. There's no need to share detailed personal information in the initial email—we'll explore everything thoroughly in the first session. If you're unsure which service suits your needs, simply describe your situation and we'll make a recommendation.

We're not an emergency service. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or go to your nearest A&E department. For urgent but non-emergency situations, we'll do our best to schedule you as quickly as possible, often within a few days.

You'll need a device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone), a reliable internet connection, and a private space where you can speak freely. We use a secure, encrypted video platform and will send you connection details before your first session. No special software installation is required.

All our client sessions are conducted remotely. The office is used for administrative purposes, supervision, and professional development. If you have specific administrative needs requiring an in-person visit, please email to arrange an appointment rather than dropping by unannounced.

We typically have availability for new clients within one to two weeks, though this varies depending on demand and your scheduling needs. If you require evening or weekend slots, there may be a slightly longer wait. We'll always be transparent about current availability when you get in touch.

That uncertainty is completely normal. The initial session exists partly to help you determine if our approach feels right for you. There's no pressure to commit beyond that first meeting. If after speaking with us you decide we're not the right fit, we're happy to suggest alternative resources or practitioners who might better suit your needs.
