Between Sessions

Depending on your needs, you might have practices, exercises, or simply points to notice between sessions. The work continues outside our meetings as you apply insights and experiment with new approaches in your daily life.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in sessions remains strictly confidential, with rare exceptions required by law (risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or disclosure of certain criminal activities). We discuss confidentiality fully in the first session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Payment is due before each session via bank transfer. We'll provide payment details when you book. For package services like the short-term intensive support, payment is required for the full package upfront.

We require forty-eight hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged at full rate, as that time cannot be offered to other clients. This policy ensures we can maintain availability for everyone.

We don't bill insurance directly, but we can provide receipts and documentation you need to claim reimbursement from your insurance provider if your policy covers psychological services. Check your policy details before beginning.

Absolutely. Your needs may change over time, and we can adjust our approach accordingly. Some clients begin with therapeutic work and transition to coaching, or add mindfulness training to ongoing support. We discuss what makes sense as we go.

For urgent matters, you can email us and we'll respond within twenty-four hours during working days. We're not an emergency service, so if you're in crisis, we'll direct you to appropriate immediate support resources. For ongoing between-session support needs, we can discuss whether more frequent sessions would be beneficial.
